On Friday, November 15th, the one and only JID hits the Nob Center — and trust us, this isn’t one you’re gonna want to miss. This is a masterclass in flow, energy, and artistry from one of hip hop’s newest best and brightest. JID’s rise is the kind of story every artist dreams of — straight grind, but years in the making for everyone to find out he was the one. Coming up from East Atlanta, he made his mark through Spillage Village before linking with Dreamville, and from there, he never looked back. His debut The Never Story dropped in 2017 and instantly made heads turn — all flow, all hunger, no filler. Then came DiCaprio 2, a no-skip album that felt like a flex and a warning shot all at once. By the time The Forever Story landed, JID had already separated himself from the pack — a rapper’s rapper, equal parts poet and powerhouse, weaving intricate storytelling with wordplay that hits like thunder. Live? Forget about it man for real. JID on stage is a full-on experience. His word play and performance on stage is surgical. He moves like his verses are alive, and he always has us hooked way before the first hook comes up.
